Casual Piercer / Client Advisor

At Sarah & Sebastian, we are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Casual Piercer/Client Advisor/Solderer in our King Street Store, Perth CBD.

In this unique role, you will be instrumental in providing an exceptional luxury experience to our clients, combining expert piercing services with personalised client advisory and the artistry of soldered jewellery application.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Expert Piercing Services: Perform a wide range of piercings with precision, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Provide thorough consultations and aftercare advice to clients.

• Client Advisory: Offer personalised guidance and styling advice to clients, helping them select jewellery that complements their individual style. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and foster loyalty.

• Soldered Jewellery Application: Execute precise and artistic application of our unique soldered jewellery, creating permanent and bespoke pieces for clients. Training will be provided.

• Sales and Service Excellence: Drive sales by showcasing our jewellery collections and services, ensuring each client receives a memorable and luxury experience.

• Operational Support: Assist with store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining the overall aesthetic of the store.

ABOUT YOU

• The successful candidate will possess a blend of exceptional piercing skills, a passion for client service, and an aptitude for sales and artistry.

• 3+ years of professional piercing experience with a strong portfolio and up to date piercing certificates.

• Experience piercing with bladed needles.

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in luxury retail or a similar environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.

• Strong attention to detail, a commitment to hygiene and safety, and a passion for jewellery and styling.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the store.
