MSS Security is seeking professional and highly motivated Casual Security Officers to join our team at our 171 Collins Street site. This role requires a proactive, well-presented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service, greet and assist visitors and address inquiries.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the building, ensuring safety and security for tenants, staff, and visitors.
• Responding promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies
• Managing and monitoring foyer access to ensure a secure environment

• Safeguarding assets and property through routine patrols and surveillance

Skills & Experience:

• Full Australian Working Rights
• Certificate II in security operations (or higher)
• Victorian Security License
• Driver's License
• Valid First Aid & CPR
• Proficiency in CCTV Milestone and Integriti Access Control systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients, tenants, and visitors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and security.
