Would you like to work with a Multi Award Winning building company, with a professional team with a leading reputation? 

We are seeking Experienced Lead Carpenters with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience and leadership skills to manage and work alongside a crew. The ideal candidate will be capable of understanding plans, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, ensuring safety standards are met, and delivering work that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage carpentry crews on residential job sites

• Read and interpret plans, engineering and construction documents

• Ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards

• Maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and safety

• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members

• Provide training and mentorship to junior carpenters
