We are seeking applicants for a Care Service Employee role to join our growing team at Adelene in Wyoming on a casual basis. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting

  • Assisting residents with mobility and transfers

  • Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and wellbeing

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided

  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving

  • Adhering to all policies and procedures of Alino Living

  • Participating in training and development opportunities as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent

  • A current First Aid Certificate

  • A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • A compassionate and caring nature
