Qualifications & experience

• Previous customer service experience (ideally in call centre operations or other customer service industries)

• Previous work experience in minor maintenance and repairs

• Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

• Ideal candidate should be computer literate and proficient in Outlook

• Eligibility to work in Australia

• Full Driver's license with excellent driving skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Car park day-to-day operations, servicing customers on-site and taking care of all car park equipment

• Attend to inbound calls and resolve all queries following system processes and procedures

• Care-taking duties to ensure that the presentation of car parks is of high standards at all times (involving general cleaning duties)

• Various day-to-day maintenance and minor repair duties upon request by the Operations Manager

• Consistent availability to work after hours for site closures and rotating weekend shifts
