Butcher Manager

For an experienced trade Qualified Butcher Manager to oversee a Butchery Team and deliver high-quality meat products for a supportive community supermarket. A permanent full-time opportunity within a thriving, quality-focused retail environment.

• Requires: Relevant butchery qualifications and minimum 5+ years of manager experience.
• Salary guide: $90,000 - $110,000 Depending on experience
• Accommodation and relocation can be negotiated, with potential employment opportunities for your spouse or partner as well.
• Location: Tasmania.

Your normal day will involve:

• Managing a butchery team to ensure high standards of product quality.
• Providing outstanding customer service and assisting with inquiries.
• Maintaining the presentation and stock levels of the butchery area.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Regularly lifting up to 20kg to maintain efficient operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you can lead a dedicated butchery team and ensure that customers receive the finest quality meat products. You'll work set hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts on rotation.
