Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Support Officer with a strong background in rostering to join our team. As an integral part of our administrative support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Facility Manager in daily operations, with a specific emphasis on rostering responsibilities. Your multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will contribute to the smooth functioning of our facility.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Utilise your expertise in rostering to efficiently schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring optimal coverage and compliance with policies
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather staffing requirements and adjust schedules as needed
  • Provide a broad range of administration support to the Facility Manager, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely and professional responses
  • Schedule and organize meetings for the Facility Manager
  • Coordinate facility tours for potential clients, ensuring a positive and informative experience

This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis & is located at our lovely facility in Bicton!

Skills, Attributes and Experience

  • Proven experience in administration support roles, with a focus on rostering
  • Familiarity with rostering software and scheduling tools
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
