About The Role As a Business Services Manager at Perks, you will: Lead the day-to-day management and development of your teamFoster a collaborative, high-performing and supportive team cultureOversee the timely and accurate delivery of client requirementsAct as a trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional service and valueSupport the Director in driving strategic outcomes for the team and clientsRole model Perks’ values and contribute to a positive team environmentTake a proactive approach to leadership with a clear pathway to Senior Manager Skills and Experience You Will Bring The Following Skills, Experience, And Attributes An accounting degree with CA or CPA qualifications.Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a professional practice environment (essential)Prior experience working in a mid-tier accounting firm (desirable)Extensive knowledge of accounting standardsExceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport and become a trusted advisor to clients.
