We are seeking a progressive Business Development Manager with a passion for building and growing across all service lines, including Office Print, IT services, Hybrid Workplace, and Digital Automation. At Ricoh, you’ll work with cutting-edge products, collaborate with a talented team, and grow your career in an innovative environment.

As the Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on driving business development and expanding Ricoh's market presence. You will be responsible for generating new sales across all portfolios with both non-Ricoh customers and within Ricoh’s existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and position Ricoh as a leading Digital Services Solutions provider.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and execute strategic territory planning.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals across all Ricoh's suite of products and services, including Office Print/Print Management Solutions, Production Print, Workplace & Audio-Visual Technology, Digital Automation and Workflow Solutions, ITS Services, and Managed Services, tailored to the client's needs.

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes and drive business growth.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

To be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience of 3+ years in a commercial sales or business development role.

  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and a strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals.

  • Strong understanding of the technology and services industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
