About the Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of growth — identifying new opportunities, managing new key client relationships, and implementing powerful sales strategies to take the business to the next level.
You’ll identify, pursue, and convert prospects into long-term clients, delivering tailored solutions that the business can execute across creative print, signage, and brand activation.

It's not an Account Managers role.. This is about new business, smart targeting, and serious rewards with the backing of a full-service team to deliver what you sell.

You'll be creating solutions for clients that the business can deliver on across many areas. Signage, branding, graphics, marketing communications and plenty more.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business across existing and emerging markets — including fleet branding, direct mail, multi-site and regulatory signage.
  • Develop and execute winning strategies to gain new accounts and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the sales cycle – from strategy to pitch to close
  • Build and maintain a strong sales and business prospect pipeline.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
  • Smoothly manage client transitions, delivering consistency and satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years of sales experience ideally in signage, fleet branding, direct mail, or related sectors.
  • Drive and energy to find and generate new business - a “hunter” mindset.  
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic selling skills and experience.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to tailor proposals and marketing solutions to client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems to track sales and manage engagement.
  • Collaborative approach and experience working cross-functionally.
  • Passion for quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
