Job Description:NTT Data is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow and the Certificate Management Module to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting health checks, developing policies, and ensuring the effective implementation and management of ServiceNow processes.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct health checks of ServiceNow configurations and deliver comprehensive reports on necessary improvements.Develop and update policy, RACI, and process documents to ensure cohesive and effective process implementation.Collaborate with stakeholders to socialize and integrate processes.Ensure ServiceNow tools support the defined processes.Create quick reference guides and training materials for certificate owners on certificate management.Develop additional training materials and guides to ensure all process roles are well understood and executed.Facilitate the gathering of required data for ServiceNow enhancements and capture this data accurately.Assist with testing ServiceNow enhancements.Handover policy, process, and all related artifacts to designated team members.If desired, act on behalf of the organization to ensure all deliverables for certificate management are executed.
Requirement:Proven experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow) are a plus.
