Building Supervisor

Established in 1975, Sterling Homes has entered its 50th year as a multi award winning, South Australian builder that specialises in the volume construction of project homes, custom built homes and unit developments. Due to our continued growth we are looking for a Building Supervisor to be a part of our team.

As a Building Supervisor you will be required to manage and coordinate the construction of multiple building projects, ensuring a high quality product is delivered on time, that satisfies the client's and our company's expectations. 

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

 

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks

• A minimum of 3 years building experience

• Excellent knowledge of building codes and attention to detail

• Skills with organisation of multiple suppliers and subcontractors

• Sound level of computer literacy

• Good communication and organisational skills

• W.H.S. construction white card
