Zappulla Trikam & Partners was established in 1970 and specialises in residential property conveyancing. Opportunity exists for a permanent Full-Time Accounts Officer/Legal Administration Assistant to join this leading law firm at our northern suburbs' office in Everton Park.

You will be required to undertake some of (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:

  • assist bookkeeper;

  • data input of client information utilising online system;

  • trust accounting;

  • accounts receivables and payables;

  • assistance with secretarial and administrative duties, including email management, correspondence and filing of records;

  • Queensland Revenue Office online stamping.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • prior experience in a conveyancing legal firm;

  • experience with computer-based bookkeeping - Comparto, an advantage;

  • strong work ethic, positive and "can do" approach;

  • formidable attention to detail;

  • strong communication skills (written and verbal).

You must have excellent computer skills as you will be expected to type letters and documents using precedent templates.

This is a full-time role that requires you to work Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.00pm).
