Boilermaker / Fabricator

The Role:

• Perform MIG welding in product fabrication
• Fabrication tasks may include but not limited to Laser/Plasma Cutting, mechanical fitting, spray painting, and other fabrication tasks
• Read and interpret shop drawings
• Maintain a strong safety focus and a "can-do" attitude
• Be flexible to work overtime, including some weekends when required

What You Need:

• Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication (Boilermaking/Welding)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in heavy industry manufacturing
• Forklift Licence (desirable) + Driver’s Licence
• EWP & Work at Heights certification
• Overhead Crane experience with ability to work unsupervised (Essential)
• Laser/Plasma Cutting experience (an advantage but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
• Mechanical aptitude
• A positive, team-oriented mindset
