Pellegrino 2000 is Hiring Experienced Bartenders!

Pellegrino 2000 is a lively, award-winning restaurant nestled in the heart of Surry Hills, just a stone’s throw from Central Station. We’re open for dinner seven days a week and lunch Thursday through Sunday.

We’re looking for passionate bartenders to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be working behind a vibrant, fast-paced bar serving classic cocktails, Italian aperitivi, and an eclectic mix of wines and spirits.

We offer a flexible work schedule, spread across a four-day week, with excellent tips, delicious staff meals during each shift, and a generous staff discount across our entire group, including Neptune’s Grotto and Clam Bar.

We’re specifically seeking someone with prior bartending experience and an extensive knowledge of mixology. This is an exciting opportunity for a bartender looking to grow within a dynamic and expanding company.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $23.23 – $62.45 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift

Experience:

• Bartending: 5 years (Required)
