We Hot Bread Retail Group Pty Ltd t/as Little Loaf Lunch Bar is a vibrant, community-focused café and bakery located in the heart of South Fremantle. We pride ourselves on creating fresh, high-quality bread, pastries, and baked goods that bring joy to our loyal customers every day. We are now seeking a talented and passionate Baker to join our growing team. As a Baker at Little Loaf Lunch Bar, you will play a key role in producing our signature breads and baked goods to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with our team to maintain consistency, quality, and creativity in everything that comes out of our oven.

Task & responsibilities

• Preparing and baking a variety of breads, rolls, and pastries to daily production schedules.
• Following and improving recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
• Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering ingredients.
• Working collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualification & experience

• At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Baker.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
