About the role

Tynan Motors are currently seeking an experienced automotive Back Counter Parts Interpreter to join our multi franchised Parts Department in Kirrawee. This is an excellent opportunity to put your people skills to good use and become a valuable member of our parts team.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Inbound and Outbound sales for the Parts Department
• Providing excellent customer service to inbound calls by providing quotes, product information and support
• Maintaining customer database
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Parts Interpretation for Trade customers from our wholesale call centre

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in the Automotive Industry as a parts interpreter
• Knowledge using Reynolds & ERA
• Knowledge of electronic parts catalogues & listings
• Strong parts interpretation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Current DMS provider is Pentana and candidates exposed to this system would also be highly regarded.
• Exceptional Customer service skills
• Current NSW Drivers License
