This apprenticeship will provide you with the skills and knowledge to become a highly skilled and professional Parts Interpreter, while working with prestigious Japanese and Korean vehicles.

About the Role:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone
• Process customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Identify parts and components for a variety of vehicles
• Manage stock control and assist with storage organization
• Conduct transactions over the phone, online, and face-to-face
