Automotive Claims Performance Specialist

By analysing vehicle performance data and collaborating with assessors and repairer networks, you’ll drive efficiency, reduce repair times, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.

About the role:

• Manage a group of network smash repairers.
• Reviewing and validating the performance of the network smash repairers in your group, focusing on cost, quality and customer service
• Build strong relationships with our repairers, resolve disputes through technical advice and customer focused solutions
• Maintain control of over repair duration within the network
• Establish compliance with relevant legislation
• Drive accountability for the performance of your network group

 About you:

• A motor trade qualification in Panel beating or Spray painting is required
• Experience in Motor Assessing is essential
• Similar experience in supply chain management will be considered
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Audanet experience (will be advantageous)
