Assistant Workshop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in leading and managing the workshop team, Assisting senior workshop manager.

- Foster a positive, can-do attitude and taking full ownership of responsibility for this role.

- Achieve business targets.

- Solve problems efficiently.

- Oversee and participate in spec painting projects.

- Train and mentor workshop employees when needed.

- Assist in pricing incoming work.

- Manage administrative tasks and work flow as well as communicating with our clients.

- Assist in painting when required.

- Actively adhere to our strict Quality Assurance processes.

Required Experience:

- Proven leadership skills.

- Proactive, positive can-do attitude.

- Ability to work to targets.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Experience in spec painting and industrial spray painting.

- Training and development of team members.

- Knowledge of pricing and costing work.

- Experience and high skill level as an industrial spray painter.
