We are looking for a motivated, self-driven, and passionate team player to join our energetic Property Management team and assist in managing a rapidly growing portfolio across both our Beenleigh and Redland Bay offices.

About the Role:

The Assistant Property Manager plays a key role in supporting our Property Managers with inspections, tenant management, and calendar organisation.
You'll help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day property management tasks, maintaining a high standard of service for both tenants and landlords.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative support to Property Managers

• Scheduling and conducting routine inspections

• Preparing and typing detailed inspection reports

• Booking and managing new tenant move-ins (packs, keys, payment checks)

• Calendar management for Property Managers

• Using platforms such as Ailo, Inspect Real Estate, and Inspections Express (full training provided)

• Assisting with Entry and Exit Condition Reports

• Following up on maintenance tasks with tenants and trades

• Assisting with covering Property Manager portfolios during staff leave

About You:

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A current QLD Sales and Property Management Certificate (essential)

• A current driver’s licence (company cars provided for work use)

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

• The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

• High attention to detail and a strong customer-first mindset
