The Villawood Hotel is a friendly hotel in the western suburbs of Sydney catering to locals and visitors in the area. Its relaxed atmosphere is enjoyed everyday by patrons.
Catch all your sporting action all year round in the Sports Bar. Saturday is race day with excellent TAB facilities and a fun, lively atmosphere. The Villawood Hotel is a great place to unwind and relax with friends.

What You’ll Do
Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
What do we need from you
What You’ll Need
Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gamingAbility to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled teamOperational experience to achieve financial and business targetsHighly developed customer service skillsCurrent industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications. An Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming for NSW is preferred, not essential.
