What you'll be doing

• Operating a range of construction equipment and machinery such as pavers, rollers and trucks to lay and compact asphalt

• Working as part of a team to complete assigned tasks and meet project deadlines

• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Asphalt Crew Member in the construction industry

• Competent in the operation of a range of construction equipment and machinery

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Valid driver's licence and construction industry tickets/certifications
