We’re looking for caring, reliable Disability Support Workers with experience of supporting people with dementia to join our team that supports NDIS participants with complex needs, and physical and mental health disabilities across the Sunshine Coast.

What You’ll Do:

Support daily personal care and routines

Assist with community access and appointments

Encourage independence and work toward life goals

Build respectful, trust-based relationships

About You:

Experience supporting individuals with dementia (or other neurocognitive disorders)

Strong communicator, calm and compassionate

Available for at least 8 hours, or more, per week

Full work rights in Australia

Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Cert. III in Individual Support or Cert. IV in Ageing Support (highly desirable)

Pay: From $38.08 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
