The Role:Due to our exciting growth, we are looking for an Allied Health Team Manager to support our South/East team.

As a community Allied Health Team Manager, you will provide treatment to disabled, paediatric and elderly clients in their own environments and help lead a team of experienced Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour support practitioners, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists using a multi-disciplinary approach to care.
Responsibilities:Support interdisciplinary team members at dedicated hub to meet business objectives.Support interdisciplinary team members to develop skills and participate in hub culturePromote business development objectivesAchieve key Performance Indicators
Requirements:Tertiary education in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy or Speech PathologyRegistered with AHPRA or SPA3+ years of experience working in the disability sector (NDIS, My Aged Care – Home Care Package)Proven experience in people managementSincere passion for helping a diverse range of clients;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Superior customer service skills and ability to establish a genuine rapport with clients;Current driver’s license.
