Our client, DM Stanich & Co, are seeking an Agricultural Mobile Plant Operator for their Mixed Cropping and Sheep Enterprise, located 25 km South of Pingrup, WA. The role would ideally suit someone who is well experienced in the Agricultural sector and is looking for rewarding full-time work.
Benefits
The role is full time and permanent, offering a salary between $70,000 and $80,000 for the right candidate.

Tasks & responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be capable of the following;
- Assisting with pre-season maintenance of farm machinery and ensuring all machinery and equipment required for cropping is ready for operations prior to each season.
- Operation of farm machinery including, but not limited to, tractors, paddock preparation attachments, grain handling equipment, telehandlers, headers, airseeders, and sprayers
- Fine-tuning and overseeing plant performance by adjusting implement speed, height, and depth, as well as regulating distribution or collection rates as necessary.
- Ensuring the farm is fully compliant with all policies and procedures and providing a safe and healthy working environment for all staff, contractors and visitors. Fostering a positive team culture with staff.
Qualifications & experience
To be successful, the right candidate will possess the following skills and traits;
- AQF Certificate II or III, or at least one year of relevant experience operating agricultural machinery and mobile plant equipment
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of modern farming practices and crop management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
