About the role
The Administration Service Officer is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service and providing administrative support to the Education Team, ensuring the continuous operation of the AMEP and/or SEE team. This role demands a high degree of accuracy and consistency to meet compliance requirements. Working with a level of autonomy, the Administration Service Officer ensures that all administrative tasks align with TAFE SA policies and procedures while collaborating with educational teams to support the achievement of program goals. The role also involves the meticulous collection and precise entry of AMEP and SEE data in strict compliance with contractual guidelines.
This position requires proactive administrative and client-focused support to ensure that all core business functions of the AMEP and SEE programs are performed to a high standard, adhering to approved Commonwealth contractual obligations.
