About the opportunity
The Department of Gynaecological Oncology is a busy tertiary clinical unit, you're role will be important as the first point of contact for patients and their families presenting for the management of gynaecological cancers. It requires an individual who is compassionate, empathetic and dedicated to teamwork.
The Administration Assistant is responsible and accountable for the day to day activities of the office and clinics, ensuring that administrative and reception services are provided to patients, visitors and clinics.
The services provided must be of the highest quality whilst maintaining optimal efficiency and cost effectiveness. The incumbent will need to be thoroughly conversant with customer service and have the capacity to support the Service Manager and staff.
