About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team at Great Energy in our Malaga office. This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the wider team, including data entry and general office duties

  • Assisting with mobilisation, such as site entry and accommodation requests

  • Assisting with month end tasks, such as bank reconciliations and financial reporting

  • Supporting the team with project-based work and other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A positive and flexible attitude
