About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team at Great Energy in our Malaga office. This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the wider team, including data entry and general office duties
Assisting with mobilisation, such as site entry and accommodation requests
Assisting with month end tasks, such as bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Supporting the team with project-based work and other ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive and flexible attitude
