Accounts Payable Officer | 3-Month Temp to Perm | Small Team

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Officer looking for a short-term contract with the potential to go permanent? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist insurance claim solutions company, working in a lean finance team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices efficiently and accurately
• Manage vendor accounts, payments, and reconciliations
• Process employee expense claims and ensure compliance
• Assist with month-end closing and AP reporting
• Support audit processes and identify process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Experience using accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Xero, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in insurance, claims, or financial services (a plus)
