About The Opportunity
The Accounts Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive support across both financial and administrative functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts while upholding high standards of efficiency and attention to detail. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, reconciling transactions, and supporting internal reporting processes. You will also plays a key role in liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams, contributing to the smooth financial operation of the business and the delivery of professional and reliable service.
Hours: 38 hour week (Mon-Fri, 8.30 – 4.30pm)
Duration of contract: 3 months
Salary: $70 k p.a. (pro rata) plus superannuation
Key Responsibilities
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statementsProcess invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficientlyMaintain accurate records and files, ensuring proper organisation and accessibilityAssist with month-end and year-end closing proceduresReconcile bank statements and other financial accountsPrepare reports and spreadsheets as neededProvide administrative and reporting support to the senior finance team
