Job description

We’re seeking a Management Accountant to join our finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance. This role supports internal departments and works closely with the Senior Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer and Senior Management Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow

Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget, Period-on-Period)

Reconcile daily/monthly sales for Australia and NZ using CRM

Manage bank reconciliations using JD Edwards (JDE)

Prepare Payroll Tax and BAS returns

Reconcile balance sheet accounts with supporting documentation

Maintain standard inventory costs

Support the annual budgeting process

Analyze cost-saving and marketing proposals; assist with business cases

Monitor inventory under AUS-US FTA and other trade agreements

Provide backup for payroll, vendor payments, treasury, and FX transactions
