Your New Role And Responsibilities An average week for a Graduate Project Coordinator could incorporate a wide range of activities including: Using your verbal and written communication skills to liaise between project management, the project team and line management;Assisting with the operational aspects of ongoing projects;Contributing to reviewing projects as they occur, such as the project budget and schedule, and helping to prepare status reports;Applying your skills to understand project issues and discover potential solutions to ensure high quality work and client satisfaction;Collaborating with project managers, line managers and clients to solveproblems and develop new ways to monitor the progress of projects. Graduates will be supported to develop their skills and knowledge specific to this role, to ensure they are able to contribute and reach their highest potential. As a Leidos graduate, you will be working on interesting and challenging projects and will take part in a range of training and development opportunities.
