Task & responsibilities
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create new recipes and ensure quality consistency in every dish
- Oversee kitchen operations and maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their daily tasks Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost control
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and comply with health regulations.
Qualification & experience
- Proven experience as a Chef or relevant role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food preparation
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary art
- Relevant culinary certification in Certificate IV.
- 03 years of work experience in a relevant field is required
