Task & responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Managing and mentoring kitchen staff while coordinating daily kitchen operations.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in compliance with regulations.
• Planning and designing seasonal menus with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing stock to minimize waste.
• Ensuring efficiency, consistency, and timeliness in food preparation and service.
• Collaborating with management to uphold the restaurant’s vision and standards

Qualification & experience

• Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management, or equivalent culinary qualification
• 3 years experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
• Passion for food, creativity in menu development, and attention to detail
