The work covers identifying what hardware and software is needed to resolve faults, responding to requests about computers, applications and network access, installing and updating programs used for teaching and administration, and making sure equipment is used properly and kept in working order.The position also involves supporting the college network across campuses, assisting with website and portal upkeep where required, replacing or repairing printers, terminals and other peripherals, and providing practical guidance so staff and students can use systems without unnecessary disruption.
