We're on the lookout for passionate, energetic, and compassionate Youth Workers to join our dream team. This isn’t just a job—it’s your chance to make a real impact in the lives of young people who need it most.

Every day will be different—and meaningful. As a Youth Worker, you’ll:

• Provide one-on-one support and mentoring to young people

• Assist with life skills, emotional wellbeing, and community engagement

• Support daily routines, independence-building, and individual plans

• Promote empowerment, safety, and connection

• Work across flexible shifts—including days, evenings, weekends & sleepovers

• Can work independently, but love being part of a team

• Thrive in diverse environments with young people of varying abilities and needs

• Are cool under pressure and bring calm, consistent support

• Are reliable, empathetic, and know how to really listen

• Self-harm history

• Complex health or behavioural needs

• Medication management & personal care routines

Shifts available 7 days a week:
6am–2pm | 2pm–10pm | Sleepover shifts

Mandatory:

• Certificate IV in Youth Work (or currently studying)

• Valid Driver’s Licence (manual preferred)

• Reliable car & comprehensive insurance

• First Aid & CPR

• Working with Children Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)

• Smartphone & internet access

• Able to support inactive sleepovers
