Your focus will be to engage our wholesale customers and assist to develop the Brooklyn Boy Bagels' business and brand. You will be our point person on sales and growth: identifying new business, account management, building strong and positive relationships with customers, sharing information, investigating new leads and resolving issues to find ways to achieve results with business partners.

Responsibilities:
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective wholesale customers, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and supermarkets/grocers
Plan and organize personal sales strategy by ensuring allocated time for existing customers and business development
Build, develop, monitor and execute pipeline of opportunities and deliver against the established strategic plan including targets, budgets and performance
Execute the sales effort as per the marketing calendar with marketing, customer service, accounts, logistics and related stakeholders
Work with our Customer Success manager to expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
Develop clear and effective proposals for prospective customers ensuring pricing and profit integrity
Identify prospective customers by using social media, industry publications, incoming leads through customer service, word of mouth opportunities, forming relationships with clients to be front of mind when they move venues
Attend trade shows and conferences
Manage accurate and timely entry of all relevant customer logs and tasks into the CRM
Demonstrate regular CRM usage experience with proficiency in customer data management and reporting
About You:
Minimum 2+ years of food or hospitality sales experience required
Customer focused - excited about interacting and building rapport with clients and providing innovative, memorable experiences
Internal and external stakeholder management
A strong knowledge and passion for the hospitality industry and be comfortable communicating at all levels, from executive chefs and business owners to individual site and procurement managers
Strong influencing and negotiating abilities
Exceptional communication skills
Commercial acumen be results-oriented and target-driven
Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to self-manage and self-motivate
Solutions-focused and strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrated analytical thinking
Be a collaborative team player – concerned with the team success as well as individual performance
Valid driver's license
Must be able to use MS Office applications – Word, Outlook, and Excel to a quality standard
Expert level proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel required
Candidates must have full working rights in Australia and hold a valid drivers' license.
