The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator who shares our passion for quality workmanship and attention to detail. This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of projects, from custom architectural pieces and sculptures to large-scale structural work and site installations.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate and weld a range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel

• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately

• Work both independently and collaboratively within a small, supportive team

• Assist with occasional site installation and welding tasks

• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive workspace

• Support and mentor apprentices as required

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a qualified Welder / Fabricator

• Welding certification required

• Strong skills in MIG & TIG welding (aluminium and stainless steel)

• 3-5 years of MIG & TIG welding experience required

• Ability to read and work from drawings with accuracy

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in presentation

• White Card and current driver's licence (required)

• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)

• Must have full working rights in Australia Will Not sponsor
