We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated full time Welder to join our team.

• Salary: AUD 77,000 – 80,000 per annum + superannuation depending on your skills and experience

Task & responsibilities

• Welding and fabrication of various metal structures and components
• Welding mild steel metal, occasionally aluminium and stainless steel with MIG and TIG
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Operating welding equipment and tools 
•  Perform SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW welding.
• Inspecting welds for accuracy and quality control
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Working in a team Environment

Qualification & experience

You must take pride in your trade and also:

• Hold a relevant qualification (Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or welding)
• Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Demonstrate strong welding and fabrication skills (MIG/TIG experience
• preferred)
• Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Possess solid knowledge of workplace safety and OH&S requirements
• Be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be living in Australia
• Forklift License
