This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and is passionate about safety leadership, process improvement, and building high-performing teams.

About the Role
This leadership role will see you responsible for driving warehouse operations, improving safety culture, streamlining processes, and leading a committed operational team.

You will need to be comfortable working in a hands-on environment, leading by example on the warehouse floor while supporting operational performance, maintenance planning, product care, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations
• Drive and improve the site safety culture
• Improve processes
• Coordinate labour and proactively plan staffing requirements
• Organise warehouse maintenance schedules
• Build strong team culture through practical leadership and accountability
• Lead change management initiatives and continuous improvement activities

What We Are Looking For

• Previous warehouse or operations leadership experience
• Strong safety focus with the ability to enforce standards positively
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent organisational skills
• Process improvement and change management experience
• Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Open to reasonable overtime
