Are you a proactive operator who enjoys having autonomy over your workspace? We are a leading 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) provider known for solving complex supply-chain challenges across Australia. We are looking for a skilled All-Rounder Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced Bankstown hub.

This isn’t just a "sit-on-a-forklift" role. We want someone who is keen to own their space, master new technology, and grow within a high-energy team.

• Pay Rate: $35.34 per hour + Super

• Shift: Monday to Friday (Ongoing)

• Hours: 6am – 2pm

• Location: Bankstown, NSW

In this role, you’ll be a true warehouse all-rounder. While forklift operation makes up about 30% of your day, the rest involves critical floor operations and inventory management:

• Take Ownership: Independently manage and control a specific section of the warehouse.

• Forklift Ops: High-reach and counterbalance work, including pallet put-aways and loading/unloading trucks (side and rear access).

• Pick/Pack: High-attention handling of premium products and high-end goods.

• Tech & Inventory: Utilize modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning to ensure 100% accuracy.

• Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.

We are looking for a candidate with a "growth mindset" - someone who is as comfortable using a computer as they are performing heavy lifting.

Required:

• Valid LF License.

• 1–2 years of experience on both Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.

• Specific experience operating Hyundai Forklifts.

• Proficiency with RF Scanning and digital warehouse systems.

• Experience using Long Tynes.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Experience handling "Big and Bulky" products (e.g., crates, railings, large parts).

• Prior exposure to Manhattan WMS.

Uniform Requirements:

• Steel-cap safety boots and Hi-Vis gear.
