Removing existing grout from tiled joints using grout removal tools and applying new specialist grout

• Preparing wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive
• Waterproofing and Re Tiling existing shower recess, balconies, and remedial tiling
• Using tile-cutting tools to cut and shape tiles needed for edges and corners, and around objects such as fittings and pipes
• Ensuring tiles are correctly aligned and spaced
• Grouting all newly tiled areas with specialist grout products
• Removal and Re Fitting of shower screens

Experience required:

• Must have at least 2 years industry experience in leaking shower and balcony repairs
• Must have at least 2 years experience in waterproofing showers, bathrooms and balconies
• Must have current driver’s licence
• Police clearance or willingly to get one
• Must have access to a computer and basic computer skills, access to email
• Must be reliable, punctual, have exemplary communication and time management skills, ability to work under minimal supervision, be polite and friendly
• Must have exemplary workmanship skills with an eye for detail
• Must have white card (OHS)
• Carpentry experience desirable
• Experience in using epoxy grouts desirable 
• Experience in the removal and refitting of fully frames shower screens desirable
• Must be able to screed a sand/cement bed
• Must be confident with demolition of the existing shower unit
