Wall and Floor Tiler

We are looking for a full-time experienced Wall and Floor Tiler to join our construction business in Clarkson, WA. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
• Measuring surfaces and marking reference points
• Cutting tiles using hand and power tools
• Preparing surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive
• Applying waterproofing systems
• Laying tiles using adhesives, spacers, and levels to ensure alignment
• Grouting, sealing, and polishing finished tiles
• Repairing and replacing broken or damaged tiles
• Ensuring work complies with Australian building and safety standards

Benefits

The position offered is full time with a salary of $77000-$85000 per year plus superannuation

Qualification & experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a wall and floor tiler
• Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (or equivalent overseas qualification)
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and manual dexterity
