Task & responsibilities

• Welcome customers, taking and serving of food and beverage orders and engaging with customer to create an experience which exceeds expectations
• Manage Point of Sale transactions accurately and efficiently
• Make and serve hot and cold drinks and assist with simple food preparation
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and food service areas and adhere to food hygiene standards
• Respond professionally to any customer feedback and if necessary take action to resolve complaints
• Attend training and staff meetings to ensure constant improvement in customer service skills and contribution to the success of the business
• Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines and OH&S policies are upheld
• Take part in the promotion of the business and social media activities as directed

Qualification & experience

• RSA Certificate
• Minimum 18 months experience in hospitality
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Barista training and experience is an advantage
