We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, customer-focused, and skilled in crafting personalised itineraries while managing bookings and travel arrangements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, tours, and transfers
- Advise clients on travel requirements including visas, insurance, and COVID-19 protocols
- Provide exceptional service to both new and repeat customers
- Manage changes, cancellations, and customer issues in a timely manner
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to sales targets
- Stay updated on travel trends, supplier promotions, and global travel regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related travel industry role
- Qualification in similar field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience with global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, airlines, and travel packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
