We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable and experienced Transport Customer Service Representative to join a busy logistics operation based in Truganina.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing updates on deliveries and transport schedules
Monitoring shipments using GPS tracking systems
Logging and managing requests through internal ticketing system
Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
About You:
MUST have experience in transport and distribution
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails
Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
A proactive and team-focused attitude
