About You:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent qualification)Prior experience in a training, learning and development, or instructional role
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in person and virtually
- Experience designing and developing training materials, manuals, or eLearning content
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical concepts
- Confident presenting to small and large groups
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Ability to adapt training approaches based on audience needs and feedback
- Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to innovate
- Exposure to training platforms including LMS would be ideal
- Familiarity with safety standards, compliance training, or operational procedures would be advantageous
The Role: - Conduct site training audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement for our customers
- Schedule and manage annual training program for all clients, ensuring certifications are up to date
- Design and implement professional, accurate, consistent and effective training programs
- Maximise site visits to complete training/commissioning/auditing/BD during work trips
- Execute internal training across all new products
- Manage and create content for the Go1 Training Platform for employees
- Ensure all staff are exposed to refuge chamber operational training and refuge chamber service training
- Ensure that all training is standardised across the international MineARC businesses.
