Makita Australia is looking for a Training & Product Specialist to support our NSW and ACT regions. This hands-on role focuses on delivering product training, technical support, and end-user demonstrations while building strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver in-store product training across metro Sydney, regional NSW, and ACT
Conduct hands-on demonstrations and end-user tool trials to increase product knowledge and sales opportunities
Support trade nights, sale days, and customer events across the state
Run training sessions for major customers.
Provide technical advice and solutions to customers, dealers, and end users on-site
Assist with national training events, sales conferences, and maintaining Makita’s E-Learning platform

What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of power tools, accessories, and outdoor power equipment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and end users
Confident working independently and managing a travel-based schedule
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel regularly across NSW/ACT and interstate when required
A strong focus on safety and professional presentation
