About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Training Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving employee development, capability building and compliance across the building. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing and delivering training programs that support both employee growth and organisation compliance requirements. Working closely with leaders across the business, you will identify training needs, manage learning initiatives, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
Identify training and development needs through consultation with leaders and employees
Coordinate and deliver engaging training programs, workshops and educational initiatives
Develop and maintain training materials, learning resources and compliance documentation
Schedule and manage training sessions, including logistics for in-person and virtual delivery
Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and employee progress reporting
Manage compliance training programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend continuous improvements
Support compliance audits and ensure training documentation is current and audit-ready
Liaise with external training providers, industry bodies, and regulatory stakeholders where required
Assist in managing training budgets and ensuring cost-effective program delivery
Keep training content current with industry regulations, standards and business requirements
What we're looking for
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Previous experience in a training coordination, learning and development, compliance, or similar role
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, training systems and regulatory requirements
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
High attention to detail, particularly in maintaining records and compliance documentation
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proven ability to manage end-to-end training cycles, and ensuring organisational compliance from needs assessment through evaluating outcomes
